About Me
My name is Chuck Hill. I was born and reared in a small community just East of Tampa, FL. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Southeastern University (in Lakeland, FL) in 1993. I married my college sweetheart that same year and immediately entered into the ministry. My first pastorate turned out to be an interim role as a senior pastor in Mooncrest, PA (just outside of Pittsburgh, PA). Following our ministry in Mooncrest, my wife and I youth pastored at First Assembly of God, Coraopolis, PA. From there we traveled south to Warner Robins, GA and served as a youth pastor again. As time past, my roles there turned to focus more on adults ministry and preaching. From Warner Robins we moved to Detroit, MI where I served as the Family Life Pastor (which became more of a Senior Associate role serving my Senior Pastor). After 5 years in Detroit, I moved back south to Greenville, SC where I now serve as Senior Pastor.
I am a husband to Lori and daddy to 4 amazing children (Jonathan, Savannah, Preston & Carson).
I enjoy reading, writing and listening to great jazz music. I am a musician and enjoy playing the keys and brass instruments from time to time. To relax (when I make the time to do so) I like to head outdoors and fish. For the past year my focus has been to fish the streams and creeks in the Carolinas. Learning to fly fish has been both a challenge and a joy…though I’d love to be able to catch more in the days ahead.
For nearly the past 7 years I have pastored a congregation of amazing people here in Greenville, SC. Our church (Trinity Fellowship Church) is nothing short of a miracle. We have a powerful story of God’s Grace to tell about how we went from a declining group to a vibrant, growing congregation. TFC has a wonderful team of leaders (both pastoral and laity) who have been committed to seeing the Vision we feel God has given us fulfilled. So, the crux of our growth and success has been in no small part because of God’s sovereignty coupled with good, healthy, visionary leadership.
Currently I am obtaining my Master’s In Ministry & Christian Leadership from Anderson University (in Anderson, SC). I’m half way through — and looking forward to the future!

The article was stunning. Just heard comments the other night on TBN that relationships are mentioned or take up 44% of the Word…the gifts only 4%….it’s all about them…great article.
